Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- All registered Snow players take part in the VIP Program automatically, with no sign-up or deposit requirement;
- There is no invitation or selection process. Claiming a VIP sublevel reward requires approved identity verification (KYC), and rewards cannot be claimed during self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
VIP Level Progression
- VIP levels are based on XP earned from casino bets. Only the part of a bet placed with real balance that has no wagering requirement earns XP; bets placed with bonus money, with funds under a wagering requirement, or with free spins do not. The XP earned depends on each game's contribution rate and the bet's USD value, and a bet whose exchange rate cannot be confirmed may earn no XP;
- Each time XP is added, you move up as soon as your total XP reaches the next sublevel's threshold. There is no monthly evaluation;
- Levels and sublevels you have reached never go down.
VIP Benefits
- Each VIP level may include permanent benefits such as improved rakeback, higher referral commission rates, or other ongoing perks.
- Permanent benefits apply at the rates of your current VIP level.
- Benefit values may increase as the player progresses through higher VIP levels.
Level & Sublevel Rewards
- Main levels and sublevels may provide separate rewards.
- Each sublevel reward is paid once, as bonus money. After you meet that reward's own wagering requirement, you can request a withdrawal of the remaining balance under the usual withdrawal conditions.
- Main level rewards may include ongoing benefits that apply according to your current VIP level.
- Rewards are shown separately so players can see what they have already received, what is currently available, and what becomes available next.
- Sublevel rewards are paid only when you claim them. Reward amounts are set in USD and paid in your wallet currency at the exchange rate when you claim; USD and crypto wallets are paid in USD. The amount paid is cut to six decimal places. If the exchange rate cannot be confirmed, nothing is paid; please try claiming again a little later.
Reward Expiration
- Sublevel rewards do not expire. Once a reward is available, it stays available until you claim it.
- Permanent level benefits are not treated as one-time rewards and follow the active VIP level rules.
- Moving up to a higher level or sublevel does not remove rewards you have not claimed yet.
- Because rewards do not expire, no expiration date is shown in the reward details.
Reward Availability
- Rewards are only granted once the applicable level, sublevel, or qualification requirement has been completed.
- Rewards that have already been claimed can be reviewed in the account history.
- Rewards you have not claimed yet stay available until you claim them. If bonus payouts are temporarily limited, you may not be able to claim right away, but the reward is kept.
- The platform may delay, cancel, or revoke rewards in cases of technical errors, abuse, or invalid activity.
Program Changes
- VIP Program rules, level requirements, rewards, and benefits may be changed or updated from time to time.
- Changes may affect future progression, rewards, or benefit values.
- Any material changes should be reflected in the current VIP Program information available on the platform.
Frequently Asked Questions
There is nothing to sign up for. Casino bets placed with real balance that has no wagering requirement earn XP; see the Terms & Conditions for what counts and what is excluded. Each time XP is added, your VIP level goes up once your total XP reaches the next threshold. There are no invitations or deposit requirements. To claim a VIP sublevel reward, your identity verification (KYC) must be approved.
